I am very happy with the price and the compact size is perfect. The pad for sure compliments my overall sleeping experience.

Great product, please make more sizes!

Had the best nights sleep last night while camping, but I really wish this product came in a shorter size. My sleeping bag has a sleeve on the back for a sleeping pad, but I couldn’t use it because this pad is significantly longer than my bag.

UL80 sleeping pad for camping

Having just wild camped 21 nights in a row sleeping on the UL80 pad, in 21 different locations and ground conditions, on a cycle touring trip in Northern Norway, I have found the pad to be super comfortable. The best feature for me was the pads ability to span over dips and small hollows in the ground, (always hard to spot when choosing a pitch for your tent). I put this down to the pad thickness enabling it to do this, thus giving a more stable sleep platform that a thinner pad. Before the UL80 I was using another well known brand of pad which was thinner and the major reason I chose it was its lightness, which is an important attribute when cycle touring. Unfortunately its durability was less than zero. So although the UL80 may be heavier than some other pads, I would still recommend it for its comfort level and I hope its durability continues. PS: I use the Aluft 2.0 pillow in combo with the UL80 and I can also recommend that.

Very very good, worth double the price

The depth of this sleeping pad adds a lot of insulation, more so than the R value listed in my experience. It’s tough too!

UL80 is approx weight as my thermarest, but packs down significantly smaller, and is much more comfortable. Heading to the NH next week to do a section hike in the Whites and looking forward to testing the UL80
