ABOUT TREKOLOGY
Founded in 2016, Trekology makes trekking poles, camp chairs, sleeping pads and pillows for everyday hikers, campers and travellers. Our gear is made with packability, straightforward use and value in mind.
We believe the outdoors should be within reach of everyone. That's why we aim for gear that is easier to carry, easier to use and fairly priced.
Many of our products include our own design features. We work with manufacturing partners to produce them, and we read customer reviews and use them to improve our products.
We focus on packable gear, so it is easier to bring what suits your trip.
Our aim is gear that feels straightforward to set up and adjust, whether it is your first trip or your fiftieth.
Check product weights, dimensions and images to compare your options and choose with confidence.
We stand behind our products. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Every Trekology product bought from our website or our official stores on Amazon, eBay and Walmart comes with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Register with your email within 60 days of purchase and we will extend your warranty to two years.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits of our warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the law.
