There are two adjustable ranges to choose from: either 100-120cm (for 5'9"/175cm or shorter) or 115-135cm (for 5'9"/175cm or taller) - making the walking stick suitable for men, women, teenagers, seniors. Each hiking stick is lightweight (9.5oz or 11oz) and collapsible to a 15'' (38cm) compact size, easily fits into a backpack or carry-on luggage.
