Very compact, easy to make ready to use

We bought these trekking poles after borrowing a pair from a fellow traveler while hiking in Costa Rica. We'd left our telescoping poles at home because even fully collapsed they didn't quite fit in our luggage. These poles fold into a shorter overall package that more readily fits in luggage. They have a nice bag that covers the (potentially muddy) poles and holds the various included accessories. They are easy to set up when you're ready to use them and easy to break down when you're done. Our only wish is that they were a little bit lighter,
