Excellent mat and service

I purchased and used this mat approximately 11 times , it was very good quality, extremely comfortable and lightweight. On my last outing it developed a leak at one of the seams, I contacted customer services stating the problem and asking for advice, even though the mat was a few months out of warranty I was offered a replacement . The process took only a week or so and I had my new mat. I would recommend this mat to anyone looking for a similar product. The customer service I cannot praise highly enough. I would say if you have a problem and make a reasonable request you will be dealt with in a timely and courteous manner.

This is a good inflatable mat but it’s not as advertised. The literature on the website and on Amazon both state that it’s 75d nylon which is tough stuff and was deciding factor in choosing the product for me. Only to have it arrive and it says 40D on the packaging. Which leaves a slightly cheated feeling..
